When you say "the time has come", you are referring to "come" as "arrived".

When you say "the time is come", you are referring to "come" as "here". It is an archaic expression that few English users use today.

Neanche in Corea del Nord. Terza puntata delle fake news di Viganò. A quando le dimissioni? Mons.Viganò è stato praticamente mollato da tutti: persino dai fedelissimi corifei dell'attuale corso (v. QUI ;  gli altri post di MiL sulla figuraccia planetaria : QUI ; QUI e QUI ). Eppure il Prefetto della Segreteria per la Comunicazione, mons.
